Our clients have adult children and wanted a home that could expand and contract to suit their needs.

The solution was to build the home in wings so that their day to day living was confined to the main area of the house with the family wing being available off to the West.

Views were important and we carefully positioned the home to ensure that these were provided.

Wind on the Canterbury Plains is always an issue. We used the family wing to shelter the main outdoor living spaces.
