Our clients brief was for two townhouses that were a bit different and we had a lot of fun with this design blending traditional forms with a modern interpretation.

Built near Christchurch Girl's High, these standalone townhouses have similar design aesthetics and feature prominently on the street.

The structure has been highlighted within the home and not hidden and is used to partition spaces.

Double height spaces allow for light to wash through the home, giving it a relaxed feel. Landscaping and window locations provide privacy from the busy street.
