After sorting out the long process following the Christchurch Earthquake, our client came to use with a great vision for his home on Cannon Hill Crescent, Mount Pleasant.

Our brief wasn’t just to modernise the home but to maximise every part of it.

After careful review of the structure and some clever planning, we have created a luxurious seven bedroom home with large, open plan living spaces.

Views were the most important concern and this house has been altered to get the most from them.
