Interested in purchasing a property to renovate for his family, our client asked us to look at the home and advise what could be done.

Our proposal was to demolish the existing garage, re-shape the interior to flow better and create an open plan living, taking advantage of the home's position and sunlight. We took the opportunity to upgrade the insulation and completely modernise the interior to bring it up to today's standards.
